Why is God so obsessed with SIN?

thou shall Not do this
thou shall not do that
sin here sin there sin everywhere
what's with God and sin?
he is so obsessed with sin that he employs billions and billions of angels ( one guardian angel for every human) just so that they can recaord in great big black books every possible sins we ever committed.
with an average 6.5billion people committing 3.5 sins a day, that is a mind boggling 20+ billion sins evry day, day in and day out,
all recorded in books, mind you, not computers but big books.
and what for?
so that on judgement day, all these billions and billions of angels can all bring these books to the great huge Hall of Judgement and they can start reading back to each one of us all our sins, just in case we have forgotten. because NO, sins are NEVER forgotten, once you make a sin that's it, it last for eternity.
dont you feel sorry for these poor angels??
I do
24 hours a day they have to be vigilant
they cannot ever sleep for as long as you live because just in case you wake up in the middle of the night and swear or commit fornication or any other type of venial or mortal sin and if they miss one sin. that's it
they get punished and get thrown down to hell with the other misguided sinning angels
