Then a parasite cleanse and a heavy metal detox. Lastly a candida cleanse followed by heavy probiotics. Only organic soaps shampoos and make ups. No perfume, no sun block. Alkalize your body. Look it up. Oh and quit eating like shit, if god didn't make it, don't eat it. No processed foods, no sodas, no chemicals. Lastly write out a plan to lose the weight with dates and goals. Measure your results ever day at the same time like before you shower in the morning. Yes weigh yourself daily. I had no idea what I was in for, but it was so worth it! I lost 30 lbs in 2 months and managed to keep 25lbs of it off for 3 years (until I had my first baby and just generally got lazy). I am about to start the diet again on my own. The first few days are difficult and you will generally feel quite ill and tired. I stuck it out and got use to the bland food and little choices. I was disciplined and took my food with me to other's houses, ordered salt free food from restaurants occasionally, and took my baked potato to work! I convinced myself that I was eating clean, natural food and not depriving myself. I had a few meals that were off plan, but always got right back to it for the next meal. I can just say that this works...the first 2 weeks I lost 14lbs and I was 168lbs when I started. Good luck! |
