Hi. I was curious about those CDs a long time ago. I think that they're sounds that are supposed to help you get out of your body. I have never heard of anybody having any luck with them. Really, I think that they just want your money.

There are easier methods that don't cost anything. It's really a natural thing to do, you know -- it is as easy as sitting around daydreaming.
