Depends. Each year "they" do a new study, and come up with something new, good 1 year, bad the next. I drink it anyway and don't pay much attention to their studies anymore.

One or two ounces is all I need for a little pick-me-up.

Seriously. Anything more than that is overkill. An 8-ounce cup jangles my nerves and I feel like crap.

Not to mention it makes me dehydrated, too. I'm attuned to my body and the reactions it has to certain things.

Few things are as delicious to me as that first cup in the morning.
Strong, hot coffee with cream...take it back to my bed and sip it while I plan my day.

I had to switch to decaf because of anxiety and panic attacks. I miss my coffee elixir.

I love the smell, the idea of it and I love coffee culture, but I can't metabolize it. Even decaf has too much caffeine...makes me immediately feel like I have a hangover.

I LOVE coffee. I've drank it everyday, two cups, then stopped for the calories of milk, switched to plain tea. Detected no difference in health. \

Coffee dehydrates you faster, so only bad thing is that.

Drink plenty water after drinking your morning coffee and you will be fine. 3 glasses going up to 8 if you drank alot.
