The onus on "making love" forced down our throats by society as viewed through the media is over rated and nonsense. sex is Sex regardless of what you call it.


Sorry to say (not really) that he's right. "Sex" (or "making love") is really nothing more than a basic, human biological impulse... the impulse to reproduce.

Society has given it a vastly overstated importance, such as "getting laid" or, as you said, "making love".

But it's really just an inherent biological urge. Nothing special about it by itself.
