At that point, people will be starving and will be rioting in the streets, and martial law will be imposed, with millions of citizens being 'detained' in concentration camps scattered throughout the western US. The US will be divided up and under the control of various foreign interests, with Washington paying fealty to Moscow and Beijing. This will be the NWO.

It could reach anywhere down to 4800 give or take but not necessarily that low. Then we will ride up on false hope possibly as high as 10,000 before that is totally shattered and Dow will drop like a rock to below 1000 and stay there. Bank on it.
