the gangs are also restless... if they can't get their shit shipped in from the south because of martial law and shit, a lot of gang bangers and drug fiends are going to be very angry.

it's a domino effect, guys. if the shit hits the fan down there, most of socal and the border states will follow.

We can expect something to happen, but guaging how it will go down is difficult.
It is very possible they all will take advantage of a chaotic situation, but just how much organisation there is, is unclear.
