You just don't think it will work or you throw some label on it and consider it un-American. The fact is the way we got out of the last depression was spending. I'm aware that some naysayers argue that the spending only prolonged the depression. What we do know is that the depression ended soon after the spending increases. We also know when we did nothing things just got worse. I'm sure we could both provide links to support either claim. The time for those debates was last year. People who elected Obama and the democrats were aware of their plans and support them. Those who don't support their plans didn't vote, voted republican or 3rd party. The basic choice was to do nothing and hope the economy fixes it self. Or to elect people who have an actual plan to take action. The people have made their choice as to which to try.
