There is an EQ swarm just south of the Hanford Nuke Plant on the Columbia River. It is an odd thing. Most of the quakes are on the surface. Over 40 quakes since the 4th of march.
Could this be the 'siting' in of a Scalar type weapon?
Small quakes were noted a few hours before the two American Legions were 'fired' in two different Montana towns, indeed about the time that several 'pops' were heard. the quakes were in unpopulated areas but near the final 'fire zone'.
someone here said it was scalar.
Any ideas?
