State Sovereignty Resolutions
Many of you have asked for a central location to stay up to date with state sovereignty bills. While the idea of centralizing information and/or control over a movement of this kind seems to fly in the face of the principles of decentralization that the Tenth Amendment Center stands for, we have gladly succumbed to popular demand with this informational post.

We’ll do our best to keep this post updated when new bills are introduced. If you feel something is missing from the list, please don’t hesitate to contact us to let us know. It’s essential that people on the front lines in the individual states drive these efforts.

Does your representative protect the 10th Amendment?

Thomas Jefferson described the Tenth Amendment as “the foundation of the Constitution” and added, “to take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn … is to take possession of a boundless field of power, no longer susceptible of any definition.”

Our token leaders continue to redefine and expand their unconstitutional bounds of power. We cannot be a “Nation of Laws” if the supreme law, the Constitution, is ignored. In honor of the 10th Amendment, we Americans can send our representatives in every level of government a simple reminder on March 10th by sending the following e-mail:

Fucking SUCKS that they always do this on a day I can't get out of work!!!

I attended the rally in Harrisburg today and it was awesome. All the states need to declare sovereigncy and declare a resolution to uphold the 10th amendment. It is all about the Federal Government encroaching on our freedoms and liberty. Hopefully the movement will grow and we can stop the Federal Government from controlling our lives!!!!!!!

I wrote my local State Rep about this and I got a response back about how we lost our states' rights in the civil war, the Constitution is evolving with "relevant case law", etc. Of course, I am slightly suspicious it was his extremely liberal secretary who responded (I don't think he knows she is a shill). Anyway, I am not counting on his support eventhough I am living in the heart of conservative country.

We still need to push the issue though.

Serious though, I have the letter I got in the mail - crazy.

Well sheeit if all it takes is a civil war to get the Constitution back what the fuck are we waiting for? I'll zip back to Virginia for that!

Me thinks alot more people are getting more and more pissed off as each day goes by.
