Soma used Mexican Sativa & an Afghani Indica to breed it, and some bagseed from a friend in New York... i'll see if I can find some more budshots of NYC Diesel, it is a REALLY great strain... easy to grow and HUGE buds... it has a very unique look... and the resin has a uniquely fruity smell... once you touch the resin with your fingers, the entire space smells like gasoline and blueberries... I have to say Soma's strains would be a bit better than Skunk, Soma uses Skunk in many of his strains, so you'll get a little bit of that in his genetics... I would love to be able to add it to my quiver of bedding plants. A wall of cannabis would make a great backdrop to iris or daisy or and endless variety of beautiful shrubbery. I would love to have a cannabis bread for green production to use in my compost pile. I would also love to have access to a plant bred specifically for nutritious seed production for myself and for the songbirds that visit me all year. I wouldn't mind having a good hemp oil seed available as well. I don't mind a puff now and then but I could live without the getting high part, especially some of the potent varieties. When I rarely smoke it is to relax and not to take an acid trip. College was 20 years ago. ;) I do not like being told one of Gods creations is illegal. If it were legal I could agree to never sell it. I could agree to never give it to anyone younger than 18 or whatever law WE drew up at first. I would agree to a licensing process to be able to grow it and I would agree to scheduled inspections by law enforcement or other government agent. I would agree to mandatory public service to be a Big Brother or to help out at a nursing home or blood drives. --- Tobacco is a beautiful plant as well but it has been proven beyond a shadow of a doubt to increase death rates due to cancer. Let's be honest and do the right thing. |

I grow myself and have grown strains that turn purple no mater what the temperature is and some that need a little coaxing... with lights on temperatures around 78 degrees most strains I grow will display some form of darkening or purpling if nighttime temps reach 55-60 degrees... No more funding for ruthless criminals... Grow your own herb!! |
