WHAT THESE IGNORANT PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND IS THAT BACK IN THE SIXTIES WHEN WELFARE WAS ADOPTED INTO LAW, DID YOU KNOW THAT AS USUAL, THE BLACKS WERE THE LAST TO GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM THE GOVERNMENT? WELFARE WAS FOR THE WHITE PEOPLE, SO JUST REMEMBER WHEN THE GOVERNMENT GIVES OUT FREE STUFF, THE BLACKS ARE THE LAST ONE'S TO KNOW ABOUT IT, SO WHO GETS THE INFORMATION FIRST.?????????????
