And seriously. Encourage him to pray and offer all his affirmations or visualizations to the Will of God/Goodness, I affirm, and it works very much, alot of the time, however, I don't like "magic". I place all my thoughts, affirmations, words, visions, prayers, and meditations as prayers in the hands of God/Goodness, under the Will of my spiritual Father, and Yeshua.

Then say, I am experiencing no pain. I have no pain. I am not experiencing pain. My teeth and mouth are healed and healhty. I have no pain. And one can also lay on hands and pray in the name of Yeshua, that it go away. But the affirmations help.

This actually works much of the time. But I still needed teh naproxen on one occasion.

and always insist for the proof from whatever insurance co he/she works with for the fees
that you will pay what he/she GETS from that insurance co

Bad teeth like this are because our modern diet tends to be bad in certain nutrients, particularly vitamin d.

Dr Weston Price traveled around the world at the beginning of the 20th century and found that tribal people who were starting to switch from their usual high nutrient diets over to westernized diets suddenly began to show all the types of bad teeth problems like the ones in this picture.

I agree, see if you can get him to the Drs.. Might need some anti-biotics or at least get some pain killers. Also try gargling with salt water, helps a little. I dont know much about how your guys dentist works, but in aus we have a government assisted dentist, a lot cheaper, maybe theres something like that there?

I used to work for a dentist who told me that if a person came in and said it was an emergency, by law he had to treat them. I'm not sure if that's in every state or not. I'm in Oregon. I am almost positive that every emergency room has to treat anyone who comes in, regardless of their ability to pay or not. He can make payment arrangements later with them.

Go to the emergency room after hours. Have them page the on-call dentist. Every hospital has one. Have them perform a pulpotomy and get a perscription of antibiotics. That will take care of the pain.

Afterwards, you can find a dentist that will take payments for a root canal and you can make minimum payments to the hopsital. Better yet, try to have them write it off. Every hospital who takes federal funding must allow a certain amount of indigent care. It may as well be you if you qualify.

Vodka. No joke. Take a 1/10th of a shot, just a bit, and swish it over the tooth in pain. I'm not kidding, it will kill all nerve pain for 10-15 minutes, and then swish again. IT WORKS!

I made it through the weekend one time by swishing, spitting, and reswishing for three days.

AMAZING.

No shit I just this past weekend cured a bad abcess with fish antibiotics I bought at pet smart. Erithromycin or something very close in spelling. It tastes like shit, comes in a powder, I just take it like a BC powder and it takes a couple of days, but it absolutely works. Cost me 32 dollars and worth every cent.

You better get him somewhere...if it's impacted the infection could kill him...literally!!!

a few things he could try:

clove oil
salt water rinse
a bit of natural toothpaste with xylatol put right on affected tooth
ibuprofen take it in addition to other remedies
a homemade pack filled with heated salt on the stove you can put in a sock and tie it up.
rose petal tea with some white willow bark, fill a tea ball with both together, bring a cup of water to boil, steep ten minutes

DON'T FOLLOW THE ADVICE TAKE 25 ASPIRIN! Bad things will happen.

this has always worked for me: cut open an Ibuprofen liquid gel cap, put the liquid on a Q-tip, dab the tooth and gum area. It will numb the whole area but it will stop the pain.

I have several teeth that need to be pulled and have implants put in. And, I do take care of my teeth, but when I was younger my dentist informed me that my tooth enamel is really weak/bad and she even said, "By the time you are 35-40, you'll need false teeth).

I am not FINALLY going through the process - preop appt in a few weeks with the oral surgeon, but the ONLY reason I can do so is because my parents have generously offered to pay for it.

I've used oragel- that DOES work to an extent, but get the extra strength kind. Also what works really well - Vanilla extract but get the REAL stuff, not the imitation kind. Soak a cotton ball in it, place the cotton ball on the hurting tooth and just hold it there - it really works to help numb the pain!

If all else fails - go to the ER, and yes I've had to resort to this: The ER cant turn you away - and for a tooth problem THAT painful - its usually because the tooth is infected. So, the ER will give you antibiotics, some pain meds and tell you you need to get to the dentist. Sometimes they may be kind of rude about it, but oh well. One time I was in SO Much pain, and the whole side of my face was swollen. I had no choice - the antibiotics got rid of the infection, the swelling went down and it was MUCH better.

Call your local college that teaches dentistry. Most likely they will see him. I had three wisdom teeth extracted for free by my local college years ago. A student supervised by a dentist did it.

Being that codeine is a narcotic... there is no place in the US where it can be purchased OTC. The ONLY place you can walk in and buy narcotics is Mexico.

soak a cotton swab with it and hold to affected area..
works like a charm.

Get coconut oil. Swish it around in your mouth for 10 to 15 minutes. You can do this twice a day for a short time. It's called oil pulling. Also you can get some xylitol and swish that around in your mouth for a few minutes. DO NOT SWALLOW either of these when swishing in the mouth.
