The new DRMS requirement calls for DOD Surplus personnel to witness the mutilation of the property and sign the Certificate of Destruction. Mutilation of the property can be done at the DRMO, if permitted by the Government, or it may be mutilated at a site chosen by the buyer. Mutilation means that the property will be destroyed to the extent prevents its reuse or reconstruction. DOD Surplus personnel will determine when property has been sufficiently mutilated to meet the requirements of the Government. " It's obvious to me. In war, you destroy anything useful to the enemy.\ Now we know where we stand. More good news. |

malu User ID: 593162 United States 03/15/2009 09:20 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I thought about picking up the casings while were were shooting today. But we'd have to dig through the snow. Maybe in the spring. Are they still good? Quoting: Anonymous Coward 633845hell yeah they are good this totally blows, but most brass casings ended up in the foundry anyways doesn't piss me off as much as all the M14's and 1911's that were destroyed, which were suppose to be sold back to civilians through the DCM program "By way of deception, thou shalt do war." Israel's Mossad "The truth shall set you free." U.S. Central Intelligence Agency Motto |

We have to get control over our military....I suspect that the same people who control congress and the banks may be in charge at the top.. |
