The fact of the matter is, voting is illegal.

Section 2 of the 14th Amendment of the United States Constitution states that it is a crime to vote:

“. . . the right to vote at any election. . . is denied. . . except for participation in rebellion, or other crime. . . ”

You see, they keep this a secret and use it when they want (servitude is warranted for criminal activity under the 13th Amendment).
