No idea which country it's from, but probably Europe.

Anyway, there's a parking spot across the street, and some dozy woman is trying to manouevre her car into it.

Needless to say, she's holding up a long line of traffic.

She tries, time and time again, to get her car to go into that space, but, no can do.

In the end, the guy in the lead car who is being held up, gets out of his vehicle, calls the dozy woman out of her's, gets into her car, and has it parked, in two easy moves, within ten seconds!

Women have no fucking idea about driving!
