Are Congress and Obama Deliberately Inciting a New US Civil War?

With the events that have transpired over the last 58 days—since Obama and his adherents commandeered the US presidency—fear is now becoming the order of each and every day for many of We-the-People. A couple of days ago, I wrote about only a few of the atrocities that had been committed in Obama’s first fifty-six days in office. However, it is almost impossible to keep up with the actions of the Executive and Legislative branches of government that are turning our country that was once a shining city upon a hill and the model for all freedom-lovers into a repressive and fearful one; replete with detention centers for those who oppose the leftists and their secular messiah.

Congress and Obama are now involved in the biggest theft, possibly in world history, of the American people’s wealth in the history of the USA. And it’s not over yet, folks. “Elite-Package 2.0� (AKA another “stimulus bill�) will soon be on its way. It is said to be over $1 TRILLION. The Obama administration dictated and Sen. Christopher Dodd (D-CN) wrote legislation to ensure that AIG executives receive bonuses that were made before 2/11/2009. I think it pertinent to mention that Dodd received well over $223,000 from AIG in campaign donations and Obama received over $100,000.

To be fair Sen. McCain (R-AZ) also received campaign donations from AIG. But, he was not part of writing legislation to protect that company’s bonuses. Besides, this “bonus outrage� is a red-herring, meant to enrage and redirect the American people away from what is actually happening—which is more gutting of the country’s wealth by those who actually caused this disaster. Those who caused it are members of Congress and the Executive Branch. All Democrats voted for the AIG bonuses. However, in order to divert attention away from the real culprits of the financial disaster (again the names Barney Frank, Christopher Dodd and Barack Obama come immediately to mind) an extraordinarily unconstitutional bill to tax AIG employees at 90% of their LEGAL bonuses was passed by the House of Representatives. This flies in the face of the previous ‘AIG bonus law exemption’ that had been written and okayed by Congress. Remember, chaos is one of the tyrant’s best friends.

The taxation on—like it or not—legal bonus money is punitive and directed at a small group of people who are not being allowed a trial. This is known as a Bill of Attainder—“a legislative act that singles out an individual or group for punishment without a trial.� Article I, Section 9, paragraph 3 of the US Constitution provides that: “No Bill of Attainder or ex post facto Law will be passed.� Congress is round-filing the US Constitution—the only document that protects ALL of We-the-People.

Those and other actions from and by our “leaders� are so outrageous that it has led me to believe that both Congress and Obama are in the process of purposefully creating conditions that will lead to a revolution by We-the-People so that it and Obama can affect Martial Law and once and for all forcibly suppress the American people. Don’t think so? Let’s take a look.

The Democrat-run Congress, liberal Republicans and Barack Obama are systematically bleeding the country dry, with their ongoing thefts of the US Treasury—under the guise of “stimulus bills� that stimulate nothing but these corrupt power-elite. We-the-People are being reduced to serfs in the US’ burgeoning Communo-fascist feudal state. Obama’s Attorney General Eric Holder is in the process of dismantling the Second Amendment and making it null and void.

The recently passed Durbin anti-free speech Amendment and Obama’s soon to be leftist appointments to the FCC will remove any speech from the radio airways that does not conform to and with Obama supporters. A trial balloon has been floated in Missouri that tells its state and local police ‘third party candidate supporters and those against the North American Union’. The elimination of the First Amendment and jailing of the Obama opposition is not far off.

Obama has publicly insulted the United Kingdom—the US’ best world ally—given almost $1B to terrorist Hamas, and is now making strong overtures to the USA’s sworn enemy Iran. To show Obama’s willingness to deal with radical Islamists, he has already signed legislation to close the Guantanamo Bay detention facility and release the Islamist prisoners to civilian courts. And, in his 20 March 2009 video, Obama praises Iran—figuratively and literally—to the skies.

The Obama administration seems to have announced—via its new installation of DHS chief the former Arizona Gov. Napolitano—that it doesn’t want ICE (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement) to continue to enforce US immigration laws. ICE employees are said to be operating in fear of losing their jobs—if they actually do their jobs.

As early as 1995, the US Marines were being trained to quell in-country “domestic unrest� and US Military training to contain and stop domestic disturbances—brought on by a thoroughly corrupt government—are continuing today. And, as I’ve previously reported, recently passed H.R. 645 provides for ‘internment camps’ for US Citizens. Another trial balloon appears to have been floated with the unconstitutional deployment of US troops to an Alabama town. Why and by whom were they deployed? There has still been no answer. Could it be they were sent to gauge citizens’ acceptance and/or rejection? Please do not make the mistake in thinking that this is some cosmic coincidence. It is too well planned.

Each day, the tactics of the war that Obama and his willing supporters and supplicants are waging against the USA and We-the-People are becoming progressively worse and more violent. Tomorrow, we will probably wake up to some new abomination. We are no longer safe from the actions of our government. It should be the government that is afraid of us. Only one real question remains. What are we going to do about it?
