A REAL Reptilian on America's Most Wanted

This guy has been captured- but I'm trying to figure out how he escaped from custody from 4 different state detention facilities over the course of 10 years.

On one escape, prison guards had no idea he was even missing, cell still locked. He once escaped from the back of a police car with both hands and ankles shackled!

He may even be a shape-shifter. One one episode of America's Most Wanted, they captured him at a motel with a stolen moving truck- for some reason, he was naked when he left the vehicle...

I must say, there is really good evidence that this guy is a Reptilian shape-shifter.
