Be careful with a couple of recommendations in the replies!
From what I understood mold that's absorbed in your body loves food on which it can grow.

This means avoid sugars (which includes fruit!), yeast, wheat & grains. go for Glutton free.

In parallel, eat lots of veggies and things that may detoxify your body like ginger and vegetables with a very low starch level.
