If you look at the graph carefully, the circled part on the left reads approximately 8200. How does this decry his falling knife scenario? We're not to 8200 yet, are we?

Upside limit this leg is 9200. After that we crash and burn into the summer.

You may have a point there, hombre. I was reading another thread on GLP about a guy in Connecticut who knows some hedge fund managers and he said they predicted a run to 9500-9700 before it dumps again.
