Is this precious OP the same one who asked us if we fold out jammies and put them under our pillow like their mother taught them.
That was so precious I think about it everyday when I make my bed, but I hang my jammies rather than tuck them under my pillow. But I adore the suggestion. |

If you want to figure out if your neighbor has Aspergers or is just an idiot you could try asking him how much/how long he donated to Ron Paul.

Your question is why is the guy doing that? Sounds like you live in a dump or a flophouse if someone can play trumpet there.
All you have to do is tell the manager. Really, if the landlord ignores you a trumpet is something you can file a complaint on. Disturbing the peace, or what it's called where you are.
