I'm gonna just rant for a minute for the sake of all those folks who are so sure that the government (FEMA) is out to get them.

For the past year, the intensity with which these warnings has increased is remarkable. Yet, there are all sorts of posters who either ignore the warnings or have nothing better to do than badmouth FEMA and our present administration.

Are you the same people who did nothing but criticize after Katrina, too?

I would like to think that SOMEONE in our govt is actually trying to think ahead and heed some warnings and prepare a few possible solutions that have previously been unthinkable in this country: i.e., the need to provide emergency living quarters for millions of displaced folks IF the warnings pan out to a major disaster event. I don't think there is anyone alive who can fathom the kinds of amazingly complex situation(s) that would need to be addressed should such an event occur.

Heck....there was MUCH moaning and groaning that happened just a couple of years ago when PARTS of the country had out of control wild fires......and they're already warning about another potentially horrible fire season. I don't see folks preparing for these kinds of catastrophic emergencies.

Then there are folks like our beloved poster Lotus Feet who do nothing more than fan the flames of hate and discontent by posting more shit that badmouths the very effort of providing any kind of answer for potential catastrophe.....to push whatever agenda he/she thinks is godly and peaceful.

HELPING with solutions might be an option to sitting around and being suspicious of every possible venue to solutions that can be offered. SHOULD the day ever come when this country needs such offering, it would be nice to think we've actually been effectively pro-active.

Jesus said: My people, I have given you many messages about a MAJOR EARTHQUAKE IN SAN FRANCISCO.

This vision is ANOTHER CONFIRMATION of My coming justice on the sins of this city.

You know of the account of SODOM AND GOMORRAH when My angels were sent into Sodom to bring Lot and his family out of the city to safety.

The inhabitants of Sodom were so evil that they wanted to do evil to My angels who appeared as young men.

The angels blinded these evil ones as they took Lot and his family out of that city.

Once they were at a SAFE DISTANCE, I destroyed these cities with FIRE AND BRIMSTONE.

SO IT IS WITH PRESENT SAN FRANCISCO.

I WILL WARN ALL OF MY FAITHFUL TO LEAVE THIS CITY before the earthquake will destroy it.

Once they are SAFELY AWAY, I will destroy this city.

Some places of REFUGE in this area will be PROTECTED, but the REST OF THE CITY WILL BE GONE.

My concern is that you have one end of the fault (Salton Sea area) move. Then the other end of the fault (San Jose area) move. What happens to the area of that fault in between (Los Angeles area)?

It seems that those who actually try to make a positive difference are the first to meet the verbal firing line.

There are many who hold jobs that make a real difference and I believe (for example) that my husband is one of those truly well-intended and honorable men that has done many things that has helped people, and they would have absolutely no clue. They take it completely for granted that there are those who provide solutions to their emergencies and never think twice about it. I'm certain that his efforts have saved hundred or thousands of peoples lives.

His efforts often include overnights sitting at a computer making sure that whatever he is charged to do gets done, for the safety of MANY Americans.

You don't need to know what his job is or who he works for. I'm certain someone would find some way to criticize and belittle. But I can tell you he is NOT in the military or border patrol so it's not THAT kind of safety I'm talking about.

The point is that some people really DO care and use their talents and gifts to do their best, often under pressure, most always unnoticed, and usually targeted for criticism from the ignorant.

Yes, and that could be said for a lot of Fema folks I know too. People don't realize how hard many of these people work to protect the general public.

But, this site is all about conspiracy and complaining.

Many would never see that there are so many out there in government postions that are trying to help...even if you took them by the hand and showed them.

They are too tied up in a world of hate and cynicism and they don't want anything to burst that bubble.
