Personally I for one try not to take the world so seriously and get caught up in all the politics of things.. At least for a little while to get my head screwed back on and get back to business. And then try to lay back when I start losing my marbles.. Pretty much what gets me back on track is to stop giving a shit about everything else and focus on what you're doing for yourself while keeping the people you care about happy - and it 'should' return back and make you realise 'something' (I don't know what?) and make you feel stupid for not thinking of why you felt the way you did before - maybe I'm not making sense - maybe it doesn't work for everyone. You must have had some sort of similar thing happen though, at least once. Good luck. For whatever that is worth! |
