My son wants to go to Niagara Falls and I'm looking at a hotel on the Canada side. I'm a bit confused about the money exchange thing, does the US dollar go farther in Canada or will I be getting less for my money? Anybody have any info or tips on vacationing at Niagara Falls?

So you actually get more Canadian Dollars for your American dollar. I'm considering the Howard Johnson's hotel "HoJo by the Falls" because they have a really good package deal with tickets for things the kids will like...like the Ripley's Believe it or Not museum.

Not sure how long you're staying but make sure you go-to Niagara on the Lake.(If you like wine) Also, this is a great place to stay depending how old your child is.
