URGENT -- The Pentagon says the North Korean rocket payload never reached orbit, fell into the Pacific Ocean north of Hawaii.

I was thinking, just idle speculation, wouldn't it just take electronic interference to cause this rocket to fail, and don't we think that such electronic warfare is tops on the list of the warmongers in power, and wouldn't they be apt to keep their capabilities a big secret? The general got on tv and said we wouldn't be able to do anything about it if they launched. Much better if they thought they just had to keep working at it, and didn't know the nature of their problem.

The U.S. and Japan thinking this launch was really a nuclear delivery test.
