I recommend you study the words of Jesus, Jesus honoured the Father and Islam does not honour the Father or that Jesus was his Son. Jesus did not give respect to those that seek to harm others or those that were leading the innocent astray! Neither did he respect those that did who did not respect him! Islam does not honour the teachings of Jesus and nor does Islam understand his teachings any better than the Church does. If the Church truly understood the Holy Spirit then Islam would not be able to oppose the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.
