The thing is people have claimed all sorta of things about who Obama's Real Parents are ... Show me a DNA test and I'll believe it.

I love a mystery and would rather do my own research, regardless of where it leads or what I find rather than just sitting there and having someone else tell me what's true!

My uncle was in the Air Force for 20 years and while stationed in Saudi Arabia, he met an Ethiopian woman who went by the name of Hannah. She was working as a maid in Saudi. He fell in love with her and they came back to America and were married. I used to live with them and have spent a lot of time talking to my aunt Hannah. She has told me stories about Haile Selassie. She said he was a very kind and gentle man. She said that he was unlike any other king as he would stop to speak with common people and was helpful to his subjects. She says he was assassinated.

Halie Selassie Ras Tafari was a great man and has some really great speeches. He would be great to have around today in East Africa. Some modern day leaders need to step up and assume the reigns of dignity and peace and justice that he talked about.

Italy fought Ethiopia before WW2. Italy is Rome in many reggae songs and Babylon is assumed to be the west or the US and UK and others that worked the slave trade and beat down the colored man.

I can't wait for Africa to bring forth some really great statesmen. Nelson Mandela is pretty good and at the very least has an inspirational story.

In looking at the royal line - Lij Sibistianos Samson - seems to stand out to me. Great grandson via the daughter from HRH Haile Selassie's first marriage, Her Imperial Highness Princess Romanework Haile Selassie.

Princess Romanework was married to Dejazmatch Beyene Merid, and had four sons, two of which survived to adulthood. They were Dejazmatch Samson Beyene, and Dejazmatch Merid Beyene. Dejazmatch Beyene Merid died fighting the fascist Italian invasion in 1936. Princess Romanework and her sons were captured by the Italians, and imprisoned in Italy, where the Princess died on Asinara island in 1940, and her body was returned to the Imperial Family after the restoration of 1941. Woizero Menen was the daughter of Jantirar Asfaw of Anbassel (Jantirar is a hereditary title reserved for the ruler of Anbassel and is one of the oldest titles in Ethiopia). Her mother was Woizero Sehin Michael, daughter of King Michael of Wollo and sister of Lij Eyasu. Her Imperial Majesty was thus the neice of Lij Eyasu. In 1930, she was crowned Empress-consort upon the coronation of her husband as Emperor.

Interesting contradictions. If the second story is the true one then, Lij Sibistianos Samson would be the true heir, as would his descendants.

The funny thing is Nikki - that I personally have NOT been an Obama supporter. However, I'm digging into this with an open mind. If true, it somehow seems to actually make sense...
