Yes, that is what people have to do in order to find Jesus. There are so many people out there who practice fornication or lying or stealing etc. and think that God is going to answer their prayers. Well, he doesn't. They call on God as he is not because they know him not. To find Jesus and have his glory actually helping you in this life a person must flee sin [keep the 10 commandments] and have faith that he will answer. Until a person does these things they will not know the awesome friendship of Jesus Christ.
