It isn't going to happen. If you actually read the NT you will see it was written to the people 2000 years ago who lived in Rome, Corinth, etc. The expectation of all this end times crap was THEN. And, it didn't happen. Had Constantine and Catholicism not entered the picture your religion would have vanished. Christianity was the GLP of the day; a place where doom is said to be coming, but, it never does.

Surely you jest! Many things were written about "the end of days." It wasn't just Paul, who did think the end was near. But, others, like John knew it was still along way off.

For all of you who are disappointed with what men have done in the name of religion, I understand. Today I am talking about an historical person who lived and died and yet continues to be seen down through the generations. His resurrection is yet another aspect of his life that makes it so unique. Thousands of people have testified to his ongoing life beyond his historical death and that is why his Good News – The Gospel of Jesus Christ – will continue to be proclaimed until the end of time. The Good News is that Jesus died for you and that you can have Eternal Life by repenting of sin and placing your faith in Him! I saw Jesus, in his perfection, and share that information with you. Believe in Jesus and receive Eternal Life….that is why it is called Good News!

So then what makes YOUR religion the answer to the alleged enigma? Yes, things happen, but that does not automatically default to you being right. There is no "alleged enigma." I speaking about things that I know, you are speaking about things you do not want to believe.

I never said I had a religion. That is just another one of your false assumptions.

I gathered from Scripture that there were probably hundreds who saw Jesus after his resurrection but does anyone have a Scripture to show that it was closer to 500?

THE WICKED will have no peace. The hate will ruin their souls and the abundand life that Jesus gives will never be thiers!

There is a reason why Jesus appeared to so many after his resurrection. He appeared to so many so that a large number would fan out from Jerusalem to every part of the globe... and many did go forth to teach the gospel. That same message is preached to this day with more believers in the church than ever. I trust that you, like I, have had a wonderful time with family and friends.
