It's good to get this off your chest. Sometimes you just want to be heard, seen and acknowledged. Being alone in your misery is not all that it is cracked up to be. But you know that or you wouldn't be writing this now.

In this thread, you have acknowledged to yourself and everybody else that you are 37, jobless, single and fucking depressed. A starting point. As for advice, all I can say is many have been in your shoes (thus the many well wishes) and for each person, the way out is the only way out for them. It's up to you to figure that out. It's not easy, but lives have value and it's worth it.
