Which won't accomplish anything but support from enemy nations who will find a way to fund NK so they can buy their technology.

Same shit/different day.

boring

Same as it always is
Czar: 1) An unelected person given substantial authority over a particular policy; 2) sometimes used to refer to monarchs of imperial Russia.

Great, another strongly-worded letter from the U.N. I bet Lil' Kim is shaking in his shoes...from laughter.

NK wants money.

Plain and simple. They are broke and are looking for ways to get them money that will not deface them as a country.

They want buyers.

The USA has a history of rebuilding whatever country we destroy...we've done it for NK once....and now they want it again...the only difference, we have better things to do then go into their little pee-stain of a country, raise holy hell so we can dump billions of dollars FIXING what we broke.

Re: <<BREAKING>> JUST IN: BULLETIN -- U.N. SECURITY COUNCIL ADOPTS STATEMENT CONDEMNING NORTH KOREA ROCKET LAUNCH.
The UN Security Council has unanimously condemned the launch by North Korea of a long-range rocket.

In a compromise statement, the 15-member council said it would tighten sanctions against Pyongyang in the wake of the 5 April launch.

The council did not pass a binding resolution, but said the declaration would remind North Korea of its duties.

Pyongyang says its rocket carried a satellite, but several nations viewed it as cover for a missile test.

BSS NEWS:
Hans Brix said earlier today North Korea would be sternly reminded not to launch Ballistic missiles over Japan. This is a massive escalation of redundancy when compared to the previous non binding reminder. A stern reminder and non binding resolution can only be superseded by a harsh warning and angry letter of condemnation. North Korea risks being put on double secret probation if they do not comply to what they have not complied to. North Korean leader Kim Jong Il's response was "FAAK YOU AMERICAN AND JAPANESE DOGS! I WILL RAIN ATOMIC FIRE ON JAPAN AND CAPTURE AMERICANS AND HOLD THEM AS SPIES!" Which he has done some, but not all of eliciting a response of "Not nice" from the United Nations Council on not niceness.
