I don't know, but all of this sounds like utter bullshit to me. In all my 42 years, censuses were never done door to door. You were mailed something, filled it out and sent it back in. This seems almost on the same lines of the idiotic switching to digital crap. I don't buy there BS reasons at all. And I know many here don't either. Trespassing is trespassing and like the other AC said, I think it's a good idea not to open the door to someone you don't know. There are a lot of weirdos in the world right now. I was approached by two guys the other day to try and get me to come to their car. I don't deal with strangers. Nuff said.
