But seriously, since when have "vehicular manslaughter, sex crimes and assault with a deadly weapon" been misdemeanors??
I know for a fact that vehicular manslaughter is a serious felony that can land a person in prison for many years, and assault with a deadly weapons is a felony too..
Maybe that's just Teeeeksuuuss...
