you can't save a relationship that has already been breeched.

It will be forever broken after that without the true honesty needed by both partners, which is rare.

If she is quite intuitive, she will KNOW what you have done anyway. And lying to her will only make it worse because it makes her feel like you think she is stupid.

you may have to spend the rest of your life (probably about 2 years) making it up to her in every way you can think of. But eventually she will forgive you.

However, if she is relatively ignorant, then lying is DEFINITELY the best way to go.
