The first attack is the distraction, the second is the kill-shot

People keep saying that this swine flu doesn't sound quite so bad. Maybe not. But a faux-epidemic sure makes a good cover for a second epidemic far more lethal. It gives plausible deniability to any claims of a bioweapon. Eveything can be put under the rubric of the original virus. And as health officials are called in to treat the original flu, a new virus can be realesed that kills them-- devastating our entire health care system. It happens in the ME all the time. The first bomb starts the panic, but the second bomb kills the first responders. Then, even the brave and committed become afraid -- making us all slaves.
