Thats why you swish it in your mouth for 6 minutes or more. I do it on the way to work 15- 20 minutes. By doing this it enters your blood stream via your mouth.
In addition, its also necessary to inhale into your lungs and sinuses. This is extremely important, because these are areas were infection will set in. Also these areas allow the CS to get into the bloodstream. If you don't do this CS is not as effective.
