HOly shit, I think I have "it"

I just washed my hands and the COLD water felt hot.

I heard two things work:

35% Food Grade Hydrogen Peroxide. Dilute properly before using as a throat spray 6 sprays a application, 6 times a day.

Omega-3-6 oils such as is in organic butter or fish oil.

everybody has been sick in the last 2 weeks in Sydney...

Acctually. the doc would be the last place to wissit.. holy shit! can you imagine all who will be be sick going there.. a shit load of people thinking they have it.. and maybe 1 who acctually has the flu...

the whole thing with something like this is its just un-stoppable.. i mean if u want help your going to atleast expose one other person trying who will then spread it amongst others.

its 7:30pm now, im going to the doctor first thing tommorow.

I have had the flu before and this one doesn't seem that bad. My muscles are not aching and I am not overly tired.

Just feel generally crap.

I just had a lemsip which helped the chills a bit.

It might be another virus, or it might be the pig flu, they did say those how had it so far have only been "mild" cases didnt they?

I've always thought that Doctor's surgeries have to be amongst the most unhealthy places!

Even if you do have 'it' you will probably not have anything more than a mild flu. Those at risk are elderly/infirm/chronic sick - it's just another of Nature's ways of culling the weak in a population.

DOOOOOMED!!!!...at LAST we are TRULY and REALLY....DOOOOOOOOOMED!!!
