No..you are wrong and here is why , if at the time she could prove and enforce jurisdiction over him ,she could have cited him with contempt of court ..Look dude, this guy is not the first person to do this , there are others but its not advertised because the state doesnt collect revenue when you are able to circumvent them ..And the reason she couldnt cite him with contempt of court is because he did not "contract" with her by stepping into her jurisdiction..If you concede to the judge in any instance by following a direction ex. "take off your hat in this courtroom" and you do so, you have just conceded that the judge has authority and jurisdiction over you in not just one but all instances..
