I have seen similar orbs myself. In the mid 70's I noticed a seemingly small bright light very high in the sky. It was moving a bit to the Northwest kinda slow.

As I approached my brother who was standing with my brother in law , I again looked into the sky and this light(orb) moved up and joined with 3 more that were stationary.

They all set for about 5 seconds then all 4 moved off at the same time and same speed as they were one unit.

Their formation was like what the dots represent below.

The group before being joined by the moving one

after the other arrived

And the dots are exact shape as they were very high, also no noise
