Over half of the deaths were between ages 20 - 39. Specifically, "Twenty-six, or 58 percent, of the 45 swine flu deaths in Mexico were people ages 20 to 39, Mexican health authorities said today." 2.) Of those, 11 percent had heart disease, and 24 percent had diabetes or were obese. The ministry did not give the ages of those. 3.) Some have suggested that the young deaths were brought on by a cyoktine storm. According to article, "56 percent of people who died from flu in Mexico showed signs of a “hyper immune reaction” according to health ministry’s figures." The ministry didn’t give details such as the ages of patients suffering the reactions. -------------------------------- Ages of dead outside of Mexico? So far we have a toddler, two women in their 30s (one in Texas and one in Canada), and now a man in his 30s in Washington. Authorities report all had underlying health conditions. According to those stats, 65% were skinny and healthy. However compiles these STats are idiots. |

Tis strange, eh? Thing is, in regular seasonal flu, one still doesn't see adults under 65 dying of flu complications, unless they are VERY sick to begin with - cancer patients with chemo whacked out immune systems, maybe. A few others here and there. But LOTS of people under 65 have diabetes, asthma, heart conditions, etc. and still don't die from the flu in a regular flu season. Then again, these current stats are not = to LOTS of deaths. Still pretty low numbers, so that is encouraging. But hard to ignore the fact that those that do die, tend to be young - whether healthy or not. I will accept any rules that you feel necessary to your freedom. Gets a bit contradictory from article to article. I will accept any rules that you feel necessary to your freedom. I am free, no matter what rules surround me. Oil and gas is not a 'national security issue' rather 'national security' is an oil and gas issue. And while we fight our fake 'terror wars' for these people at our expense they get to manipulate prices for yet again another year or two of world record profits! |
