.44 mag or .357?
Would like to make another purchase this week.
Thinking about a concealed hammer .357, but am also thinking a snubby .44.

Also considering a subcompact .45 Glock.

I am only asking because I HAVE NO GUNS AT ALL RIGHT NOW.
I am thinking I better get something soon, before BB guns are outlawed.

concealed hammer .357, would be my vote, you can only kill a man so much, and a .44 mag is over kill. plus you can shoot .38's, although it would not make much of a target pistol ,, lol

i had the glock 30, .45 compact, nice gun, very expensive and not really so concealable

of course i don't own any guns any more either

I like that answer, and .38 hotloads was why I was considering .357, not that I have a clue as to what any of that means, since I am a fucking drunken fool.

I have A 357,Smith and Wesson in 4", 6" and 8".. A Glock Mid size in 40 cal.. And a 44 mag Smith revolver in 6" and 8"..to name a few... So it depends on two questions how much do you shoot and how familiar are you with these guns???

The 357.. is the way to go.. but the hammer.. you dont need to conseal the hammer.. not a good combat selection.. got to think that one thru... how do you cock it back for ultra ready or slowly release it.

Got to think about using it as well as hiding it.

the 357 is going to be a litlle cheaper to shoot the 44 is going to hit a little harder, for concealed carry i would take the 357,(get a glock cool2)
Dozens of them. Armed to the teeth. I'm outnumbered. Outgunned. But the alley is crooked, dark, and very narrow. They can't surround me. Sometimes you can beat the odds with a careful choice of where to fight.

I don't like Mossberg anymore, because someone I know had one that rusted, even after thorough cleaning.

That's why someone I know bought a Remington 870 Marine Magnum, and he says it is pretty cool.

Ok then to start off you will need some training and practice... I would start with a Smith and Wesson model 686 (.357 Mag)in 4" or 6"... If down the road you intend to carry a 4" will be better... But you need training and practice...A 6" revolver will be easier to learn on and easier to shoot because of the longer barrel...( A Glock with the lack of a manual safety is a little to dangerous for your first gun.. IMO)
