Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well... Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again. Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed! Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night! |

Jackinthebox User ID: 666758 United States 05/11/2009 12:50 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Antipasti salad: 1 1/2 boxes tri-colored pasta. Boiled al dente. One pint of cherry tomatos, halved. One can black olives (sliced or whole, your preference.) Bundle of fresh asparagus, steamed but still firm, chopped into large pieces. (I use this in place of traditional artichoke hearts. But canned asparagus is too mushy, so dont try that.) Big ball of fresh mozzerella, hand torn. (Other cheeses such as provolone or parmesan are not always enjoyed by all guests, but can be added to your preference.) Salami, about a third pound, sliced into pie wedges. (Make sure to tell them to slice it really thick if you get it from the deli counter.) Pepperoni, cubed, or cut in strips. (You want it to be differentiated in shape from the salami. And again, thick-sliced if from the deli.) Season with plenty of oregano, cracked black pepper, a little bit of crushed red pepper if you like, some garlic powder an onion powder to taste. Toss with a GOOD olive oil (I like an import from Tuscany) and some descent balsamic vinegar. Buon appetito!
