Re: Post your Easy Recipes Here !
5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE
4 tablespoons flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug (MicroSafe)

Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well...
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts.
The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?
Because now we are all only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

Grilled Flank Steak

Dump the following in a glass pan:
some Worcestershire sauce, some balsamic vinegar, a little bit of soy sauce, loads of pepper, garlic or garlic powder. With the tip of a sharp knife, stab the hell out of the steak. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Slap it on a hot grill. Grill 7 minutes on each side. Slice on bias.
The steak will melt in your mouth.

Pot Roast

Place about 1/2 cup of olive oil in a deep roasting pan.
Add a 2-3lb roast and heat on high, browning all sides.
Reduce heat to medium and add about 1 cup of water.
Add some crushed garlic, salt, and pepper. Reduce heat to medium low and cover tightly for about an hour. Add chopped celery, carrots, and potatoes. Cook about 30 minutes longer.

Yummy.

Re: Post your Easy Recipes Here !
easy chocolate cake for dieters:

1 chocolate fudge cake mix (generic is fine)
1 can diet coke

Mix, pur in pan or muffin pan - bake as directed.

Sounds strange but it's really good actually! no eggs, no oil, etc.. just a can of diet soda.

You can change it up by using strawberry cake mix and diet strawberry soda, or yellow cake with diet sprite, etc...

Re: Post your Easy Recipes Here !
Easier.

5 to xx eggs.
Bacon

Put bacon cut to pieces in hot pan and let it sweat.
Add eggs.

Customize with everything else available in the freezer that has not developed conciousness over the last weeks.
Cooking also kills bacteria and other nasty stuff that may have developed but DOES NOT remove poisons left by fungi.

To neutralize those potential health hazards consume the meal with alcoholic beverages.

Cheap, fast, many flavours possible.

Easy Peanut Butter Cookies

1 egg

1 cup sugar

1 cup peanut butter

place ingredients into bowl,

mix well,

place on buttered cookie sheet in small balls evenly spaced,

bake at 350 degrees for 10 mins (depends on your oven)

cool slightly, remove, repeat, enjoy

I think it makes about 3 1/2 dozen. Good for the kids to help make as well.

Slice Nathan's hot dogs into nickels. Fry in a dab of butter until browned and a bit crisped. Add can of Bush's grillin beans, lower heat. Should be warmed through in a minute or two and ready for breakfast!

When the Lamb opened the third seal, I heard the third living creature say, "Come!" I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand.

Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, "A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!"

Energy bars.....

2 cups honey
1/2 cup of soy milk
8 tblspns oil (I use grape seed)
3 tblespoons of raw cocoa
Heat until blended
add 3 cups (or more) of oats
1/4 cup of peanut butter
vanilla
mix and refrigerate.
I usually add more oats to make them a little more solid.
They come out pretty good and will give you that boost as needed.

Drain liquid from canned chicken. (or use fresh cooked chicken)

Mix chicken with sour cream, chives, salt, pepper, or whatever spices you like.

Unroll a can of refrigerated croissant rolls. Instead of separating each triangle, leave two triangles together for a square.

Put the chicken mix in the square, seal and bake at the temp recommended on the croissant tube.

Re: Post your Easy Recipes Here !
Antipasti salad:

1 1/2 boxes tri-colored pasta. Boiled al dente.

One pint of cherry tomatos, halved.

One can black olives (sliced or whole, your preference.)

Bundle of fresh asparagus, steamed but still firm, chopped into large pieces. (I use this in place of traditional artichoke hearts. But canned asparagus is too mushy, so dont try that.)

Big ball of fresh mozzerella, hand torn. (Other cheeses such as provolone or parmesan are not always enjoyed by all guests, but can be added to your preference.)

Salami, about a third pound, sliced into pie wedges. (Make sure to tell them to slice it really thick if you get it from the deli counter.)

Pepperoni, cubed, or cut in strips. (You want it to be differentiated in shape from the salami. And again, thick-sliced if from the deli.)

Season with plenty of oregano, cracked black pepper, a little bit of crushed red pepper if you like, some garlic powder an onion powder to taste.

Toss with a GOOD olive oil (I like an import from Tuscany) and some descent balsamic vinegar.

Buon appetito!
