Grilled Flank Steak
Dump the following in a glass pan: some Worcestershire sauce, some balsamic vinegar, a little bit of soy sauce, loads of pepper, garlic or garlic powder. With the tip of a sharp knife, stab the hell out of the steak. Put it in the fridge for an hour. Slap it on a hot grill. Grill 7 minutes on each side. Slice on bias. The steak will melt in your mouth.
