Re: So Who here has tried Amygdala clicking...?
I can do it.. I dont so much focus on what it is called anymore. Ive been practicing since 2004 or so. I can send goosebumps through my whole body. smile and almost bring on tears its so beautiful feeling. I have found that it gets less strong if I do it over and over. so a couple times a week is perfect for me.

If you practice with music it can really help you learn where to think if you know what I mean. Find a piece that is moving and use it exclusively to train yourself. Soundtracks are a good place to start if you dont have any idea.

Good luck! :)

I think I do this when I am tired to keep myself awake. I can do it at will... creates goosbumps throughout body and intense burst of energy, feels like adrenaline but isn't...

The way I learned.. here is my best at a step by step

1 Get in a relaxed environment
2 Relax your thoughts to your control calm down
3 Breath calm and slow.. you want to go into thoughtless breathing
4 Look at that picture on the link the op had.. imagine this area in your head. (in between your eyes and 3 to 4 inches back)

5 close your eyes VISUALIZE the Amygdala it looks like a walnut.
6 Focus only on this visualization

7 Now touch it.. imagine a feather touching it. Touch it with your thought. Make it real. It is real.

8 Allow the sensation that comes flow through you.

thats a simple step by step hopefully it will help you.

Step 8 is important, you can block it so you must be in step 1 and 2 so that 8 can happen.

You can do it.. everyone can.

Once you learn "where" the Amygdala is you can access anytime you want. Even when you are sick.

I use this process as well as the process it initiates within the pineal gland, to operate in a host of wider frequency than earth "realities","awarenesses", or "dreams".

Whatever you want to call it.

These two little guys help my brain achieve formal relations with out of this dimension universities of light.

I do not mean to be vulgar but its something similar feeling to an orgasm. Feeling you are loved completely.. goosebumps, waves of energy, creativity, more intelligence, stuff like that. I cant describe it.
