I´m 57 and she´s also 20. I think it might be good for 10 y ears or so, but then she´s not going to want to be tied to a 67 yo guy and she´ll probably have a kid that she takes out of my life... I´m thinking I´d better drop it now.

I think when you´re only 20 years old the next decade of personal changes will be far more dramatic than with an older person. They won´t be much at all in a decade like they are now. Really, it´s like marrying a stranger. It could work out but the odds are against it.

I don´t force younger women to date me. In fact, THEY date me because a) I´m good looking, 2) I´m experienced, 3) I can show them a good time including plenty of travel abroad, 4) I´m much fitter than many teenagers.

Although your are old as you can DO, the thing you can NEVER change is the limited, unexperienced brain of that lovely young piece of fluff !
They will NEVER catch up to you and your lives will always be lived on two DIFFERENT levels of experience, which can be DAM frustrating. Older may not be as much an EGO trip as that young one, BUT, when it comes down to having an intelligent conversation, discussing everyday happening in an experienced, thoughtfull way, OLDER IS BETTER !
Your sex drives WILL deminish, looks fade and if that was most of what the relationship was based on, it´s OVER !

anyways 45 isnt that old. My dad is 47 and can run circles around my 22 years old brother -- soccer, baseball, sprinting ... you name it.

well i can´t speak for the rest of you, but i can say that age in a person does have advantages. my current wife just turned 50, i am 36. we have a great time together and share many of the same interests. money is not a factor, as we both do the same thing for a living. she is very attractive and very young at heart.

Rory, AC 9:36 has the final answer/word ! In my fifties, I dated a 19 year old. Age DID matter, and we were not compatable. I settled for dating thirty to forty year old women who KNEW what they were doing/wanted. Ended up marring a fifty year old with BOTH feet planted on the ground and a desire to work, NOT lay around the house thinking of things I could do when I got home.
