Question about dots on mailboxes

they are just stickers placed on the mailbox by newspaper delivery people so that they will know who gets a daily paper and who just gets the sunday paper. though some conspiracy minded individuals believe otherwise

well there is that whole law about not useing mailbokks in anyway if your not the postal people or the owner of the boxs,
i belive it is a felony.

LOL. yeah, I don't know why people get so worked up about the mailbox dots, when i think the real conspiracy is those colorful reflection stickers that are popping up behind signs on roadsides everywhere.

I think it is so that when the national guard has to get called out it will show them which way fresh water is kept and maybe where they are disposing of contaminated bodies. also helpful directions to helicopter landing zones and food and medical facilities.

No its actually so half blind people can see the signs and not crash into them.
You know, its all about minimizing harm to signs.

yes but they are on the back of the signs. you don't see them unless it is after dark and you turn your head backwards and look when you pass the sign. So, if they are meant to protect the signs from being hit by a car then they have them on the wrong side of the sign.
