When it's done late at night, it is often used to score drugs.
The buyer plays it real loud while slowly cruising the neighborhood. This alerts the seller who is inside. The buyer then comes back around to see who is standing by the front door ready to make a transaction.
I wish this was true, because it wouldn't make you so thick.
that is such BS! some people like to listen to music loud I do and i also listen to gangster rap. it has nothing to do with cruising the hood for drugs.. that is a blanket statement.
