Smoke and mirrors. By faking such a death threat, the powers that be are able to implement security measures which they otherwise wouldn't be able to. Now, if you're protesting the Bilderberg meeting, you are likely to be on the short list of suspects who, nudge nudge, wink wink, threatened to kill the Queen. So, your rights will be trampled on, and those attending the Bilderberg meeting will be able to proceed without your pesky bullhorns, etc.
