Re: Would you eat a groundhog?
Anything like that i would either do in a stew with a slow cooker or can the meat. It will always come out much more moist. I've had it and it was good. The guy did it in a slow cooker. Now, bear on the other hand...their meat is more marbled like prime rib. The one i got was delicious but it was younger too. I marinated it over nite in strips and cooked it over the fire. Shit melted in your mouth!

I have never eaten anything like that. But know of people that still shoot racoons and sell them to people. When I lived in korea, My dog got hit by a car. My girlfriend gave it to her friend that had a sick husband...snif, that wanted to eat him. I guess dogs (according to them) have medicinal usage.
By groundhog, Im assuming you mean woodchuck?
They have the power to create reality

I could explain it better but I would need charts, graphs and an easel.

By the way....which ones pink?

Re: Would you eat a groundhog?
People don't realize that 99% of the beef/pork/chicken they eat is injected, fed chemicals and left to live their life in their own shit and piss. These wild animals eat mostly grass, nuts, berries, or other animals. Let them watch a PETA movie on the meat industry once and then come back to me and say that eating wild animals is gross.

Livin in the Mountains of Pa I grew up on wild game the last year before I went into the service we had roast Pheasant instead of turkey. Wish we would have done that more often!

Its not wrong if nobody catches you, right?

Call it the special sauce or whatever, I just think they taste better after they've had a hot meat injection.
