There are many other parts of "enforcing" the laws that are also just as overlooked and ignored.

The disappearance of the TONA was the overthrow of the Republic.

We cannot even seem to turn this nation's government around on more recent less severe things which is one reason no one seems to care at all about the disappearance of TONA. Of course its diappearance allowed for many change agents of foreign nobility to infiltrate Congress, the Supreme Court and the Executive branches of this government.

If one wonders why this government does not seem to represent the will of the people, one can look back to the disappearance of the TONA for the cause.
